    原金沙9001cc以诚为本首页生物系细胞生物学专业毕业，获理学硕士和博士学位，层先后在英国JOHN INNES植物研究所和瑞典GOTEBERG大学细胞与分子生物学系学习和工作过多年。曾任金沙9001cc以诚为本首页细胞生物学研究所副所长、中国细胞生物学学会理事。现任中国遗传学会学会理事和甘肃省遗传学会副理事长。主要从事植物细胞结构与功能及植物细胞和基因工程领域的研究。指导硕/博士研究生60余人，主持和参与完成国家和省部级科研项目20余项，曾获得过国家教委（现教育部）科学进步二等奖一项。
